If you are looking for assistance with petitions, please arrive between 9am-12pm, Monday-Wednesday in Room 1006. ​

• Applicants must bring their RAP sheet (Chicago RAP and/or Illinois State Police Report) in order to submit an application for assistance either on the 10th floor or at Concourse Level 29.

• ​Applicants may also bring their juvenile RAP sheet to receive juvenile expungement services. A juvenile record consists of arrests and court filings from before age 18 and is separate from the expungement/sealing of adult records.
