HOLIDAY CLOSURE NOTICE
The CGLA Help Desk at the Daley Center (10th Floor – Room 1006) will be closed November 27, 2025 – January 2, 2026 for the holiday season. Online applications and Room CL-29 will also be unavailable November 27–28.
From December 1–9, you may:
Submit an online application online (scroll down to apply) or visit the Daley Center, Concourse Level – Room CL-29 for in-person assistance.*
Starting December 10, our online application, Room CL-29, and Help Desk (10th Floor – Room 1006) will close and resume services Monday, January 5, 2026.
*Before traveling to the courthouse, please call ahead to confirm availability of services (312) 603-5030.

Monday-Wednesday, Noon - 4 p.m. and Thursday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. (CL29 Only): Please note, this service will be limited to submitting applications for assistance; petitions will not be prepared during these hours.

Important: Applicants must bring their RAP sheet (Chicago RAP and/or Illinois State Police Report) in order to submit an application for assistance either on the 10th floor or at Concourse Level 29.
