Thank you for your interest in becoming a CGLA Table Host! It is an honor and a privilege to share this important endeavor with you.

The Role of a Table Host

Purpose:	To introduce new people to CGLA by inviting them to attend the Annual Benefit and sit at your table.
Vision:	For CGLA's services and impact to grow through the involvement of those you invite, their talents, prayers, gifts, and esteem.
Method:	Personal invitations to your network to join you for a fun evening centered around a cause that you believe in.
Details:	This year’s Benefit will be on Wednesday, September 24th, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago at 6:30 pm. Tables each fit 10-12 guests, but we can accommodate groups of any size by clustering tables or combining hosts’ guests.
Cost:	There is no cost to host a table, nor to attend. Simply commit to inviting your friends to sit with you at the Benefit, share a meal and be inspired. All guests (including hosts) will be asked to consider giving a free-will donation at the conclusion of the program.

Important Dates

June 12: Kick-off Reception
June 13: Online Registration opens
July 15: Check-in with hosts (progress report and request printed invitations)
August 6: Print invitations are distributed to hosts upon request
August 13: Print invitations are mailed to CGLA database
September 19: Online registration closes and last day to pre-order wine
September 24: Annual Benefit!
