Family Law

CGLA represents individuals in family court, focusing our representation on previously unmarried parties (parentage cases) addressing issues of child support, child custody, child visitation and establishing paternity. We provide representation to biological parents seeking to discharge guardianship of their children, as well as represent respondents in orders of protection. We provide direct representation in complex and contested family law cases in our focused areas; legal referrals, advice, and pro-se document support; and community education and training.
